Do you struggle with or are worried about navigating the holidays with LS?

If so, you are not alone.

With holiday season approaching, many of us are feeling nervous and concerns about what this means for our LS.  You may worry about masking your pain and discomfort in front of others, getting a flare while staying at your in-laws, or how to talk to friends and family about LS so that they can understand your needs.

This is super common and I’ve created a guide to help you navigate the holidays with LS.

What's in the Guide?

Tips & Tricks

I share a bunch of tips & tricks for navigating travel, parties and events, having conversations with friends and family about your LS and more.

What to do if You have a Flare?

Listen. Flares suck; I don’t need to tell you that. But flares when you’re away from home or hosting during the holidays are awful. I share some advice on managing flares during the holidays.

Real World Examples

Throughout the eBook I share my experiences to give you real examples of some of the tips, tricks, and ideas I share, such as creating an elevator pitch.

So much more

There are so many gems in this eBook to help you manage your LS during the holidays.

You Are Not Alone

Living with lichen sclerosus can be hard. We have to remember to use our emollients, our steroids/treatment plan, and manage stress. Some of us have to mask/hide our pain and discomfort from friends, loved ones, colleagues, and family. You may need to manage different healthcare provider appointments - therapy, pelvic floor PT, dermatologist, gynecologist, GP, and more. You may find it's hard enough to manage on a daily basis, then throw the holidays into the mix and it can be really stressful.

But you are not alone.

Many of us struggle with LS and the holidays, myself included.

I've used my experience as someone with LS and a patient representative and educator to help you manage the holidays with LS as best as you can.
